In less than two weeks you will get your first chance in 2020 to hear the Afternotes perform our new song, a cover of Tom Petty's "Wildflowers". The haunting arrangement by our own Jean Dumais also features her on lead. Come to St. John Episcopal Church, Saturday, January 25th at 4:00pm to see and hear fabulous a cappella. The event, Live Free and Sing, is a fundraiser for Portsmouth Pro Musica.
What better way to enter 2020 than with an afternoon of awesome acapella? Won't you join Portsmouth Pro Musica on Saturday, January 25th at 4pm at St. John's Episcopal Church in Portsmouth? The Afternotes had a blast performing at last year's event and this year will surely be just as much fun! More details: Portsmouth Pro Musica is proud to present the third annual Live Free and Sing a cappella festival. This year's event will feature performances by six amazing seacoast groups - The Overtones, UNH's Not Too Sharp, The Afternotes, Berwick Academy's The Hilltoppers, RMS5 and the Stairwells. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and can be purchased on the PPM website or at the door. Last year's event was nearly sold out so advance purchases are recommended.
